If not, then you soon will. Rest assured that your energy provider is gearing up to give you a springtime heart attack! This could all have been so easily avoided if you had asked us to fit our BFRC energy rated windows a few months ago. You would have had a far warmer house, resulting in the boiler being turned right down, and your energy supplier hoping that you developes a significant gas leak on the domestic side of your meter, thus being able to charge you for gas you had'nt used. So make....

Now that the snow has melted and the rain is pouring down and softening the ground, it may well be the right time to start digging your footings for your new conservatory. Regardlessof the type of conservatory you are erecting, good groundwork is essential. If your soil is sandy, your footings need to go deep enough to cope with the weight of the finished conservatory fixed to the groundwork. If a full height or full height panel conservatory is to be built, then the base must be level, and aga....

Believe it or not, it won't be too long until we have decent weather, if you believe the Met office, that is! So there is no better time than now to think about a new Self Build conservatory. After all, if you do venture outside at present, the chances are that you will incur hypothermia, or break something on the snow and ice. Your best bet is to sit down with a nice cup of tea and using this website, easily design the conservatory of your dreams. Using the ten step conservatory designer could....

Well, it is nearly Christmas and we are recieving happy comments from previous customers who built their own conservatory from Prior Conservatories! J.L from Swindon has just contacted us to say that with his Comfyair heater /.chiller, it is warmer in the conservatory than it is in the house, and he is bird watching from the comfort of his Prior DIY conservatory! ( He did have to send his dearly beloved wife out to put down the bird seed though ).....

No doubt as an owner of a Prior DIY conservatory, or as a prospective buyer, you will be delighted to know that when the winter weather goes wrong, and we are all inundated with snow, you can sit happily within your self build conservatory without the roof landing in your lap. Our roofs are extensively tested to withstand the worst that wind, rain and snow can chuck at it, and are extensively weight tested for heavy snow loads. Similarly, the curtain wall windows and doors are designed wit....

There you go... it is approaching winter and lo and behold, the weather has improved! Don't you just love it! With a change in the clocks on the horizon, we will soon be plunged into the eternal darkness that is a British winter, ( or summer for that matter ). Making the most of the next 10 days or so of good climate, you will have mowed your lawn into oblivion, weeded weeds that were not there in the first place, and generally run out of things to do with yourselves at the weekend...well, we ha....

I dont know about the rest of you, but here in Stratford upon Avon the heat is rising! We have had no rain for an hour or more, which must make this a record month. I have sat in my large back garden today with the grandchildren, watching frogs ( and the grass growing ) and wishing that I had what I talk about! One day I will put a conservatory here; we have the space! Trouble is, I am not quite sure of what I want. Er indoors wants a P - Shaped, but the garden is not that big. I would like a Le....
