SEVERE WEATHER AND PRIOR DIY CONSERVATORIES

Wednesday December 7, 2011 at 2:29pm

The Met Office have just issued severe weather warnings for most of the country starting from tomorrow. Winds in excess of eighty miles per hour are possible across parts of the country, with snow following on behind it.

If you have one of our DIY conservatories and you have assembled it as per the instructions that we provided then all of this wil not bother you and you will still be able to get full use out of your DIY conservatory throughout  the festive season and beyond.

Prior DIY conservatories are fully welded and galvanized steel reinforced to enable them to cope easily with the worst weather. The roofs have been fully snow load tested and have passed with flying colours. If your roof has polycarbonate sheet as glazing and the winds are extremely high, you may notice some flexing of the panels. This is perfectly normal and in no way indicates a fault with the roof.

So to sum up, if you have had good use and lots of fun with your DIY conservatory from Prior Conservatories this summer, there is no reason why you should not enjoy Christmas and beyond this year.
