THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW...

Tuesday November 8, 2011 at 2:01pm

We are quite regularly rung up by our customers after their Prior DIY conservatories have been delivered saying that the frames supplied by us are smaller than they should be! This only happens when the conservatory is sat on a dwarf wall.

We then have to explain that if the frames were exactly the same size as the dwarf wall, nothing would fit. You have to remember that the conservatory will sit on the inside of the outside brick of the cavity wall, so obviously the frames are not going to be the same size.

Trust us - we will make sure that all of the sizes are correct!
