Well, the simple answer is energy and assistance! We provide the full fixing kit which contains all of the bit that are needed to build the conservatory. We don't provide the flashing as there are different products on the market besides lead.
What you will need is a good cordless drill - driver and some help to hold thing in place while you screw it together. You will also need a few drill bits to drill pilot holes and the like.
