Our DIY conservatories look great on the outside, but most of the work takes place on the inside. We use 70mm Rehau profile which is the best PVCu on the market. All of our frames are fully welded as opposed to being mechanically jointed. This makes them far stronger than the screwed together variety, and enables us to manufacture each frame to a tight size.
The Rehau uPVC is very strong on its' own, but just to make it even tougher we fully reinforce each frame with galvanized steel section. In our fixing kits we provide 100mm frame anchors to bolt the conservatory to your property, and all other screws are treated to prevent rust forming. The frames are screwed together to ensure complete rigidity rather than using the 'click together' systems, which have been known to 'unclick'!
All in all we build these DIY or self build conservatories to last.
