Now that hopefully the worst of the winter weather has passed, now with all of the rain we are having, would be a good time to get out the stepladder and look at the guttering.
If you are anywhere near any trees, this is particularly important as there may well be a significant build up of dead leaves. Left unchecked, this will eventually cause leaking from the gutters or worse, leaking into the conservatory.
