VENTILATION

Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 12:35pm

Something to thinks about is how to cool your conservatory. Our standard self build comes with two supplied opening windows, but if you are erecting yours on a south facing aspect, it would be a good idea to have more fitted.

The rise in temperature on a south facing conservatory can be very rapid in good weather, so ventilation will be essential. Not so bad when you are home and can leave the French doors open, but fully closed up, it will become very hot.

This addition of extra sashes can be done at the planning stage, and our staff will be able to advise you of the options open to you.
