The whole process of ordering your DIY conservatory from us could not be simpler! The starting point would be the conservatory designer featured on this website. Once you know the style, size and other options that come up in the conservatory designer, you can email your order to us.
We will then contact you by telephone if possible, to check that you want to order, and that you are happy with the product chosen. It is at this stage that any alterations you may wish to make can be discussed, and any change in price will be made known. Once everything is in order, we will email you full CAD details of the entire conservatory, which we ask you to check carefully and sign and return.
The emphasis is very much that you check your own measurements, particularly if you have any height restrictions with the conservatory, as we will manufacture to your sizes. Once you are completely happy with all things to do with the DIY conservatory, we would ask for a 50% deposit, to cover our basic costs during manufacture. With a turnaround of typically three weeks, the time in between gives you enough breathing space to sort out your base and / or dwarf wall.
Needless to say that once a deposit has been recieved, we would forward you full base plans, along with all other fixing and fitting guides. The day before delivery, we will contact you again to confirm your delivery, and would ask for the balance to be paid. Deliveries are always on a Tuesday if you live north of Banbury, and on a Thursday if you live towards London. When your DIY conservatory arrives at your door via our own dedicated transport, you will need people to assist the driver in offloading it to a place of your choice.
