Lean - To conservatories in PVCu

Monday October 26, 2009 at 11:28am

By far the most popular style of conservatory in PVCu is the lean-to. Extremely versatile and able to be fitted into small spaces, as well as larger areas, there is a size to acommodate most tastes.

With the options of full height, full height with panels, or the more usual dwarf wall veriety, and the ability to use different roof pitches to suit the style of house or bungalow, the choices are great.

Our standard self build Lean-to comes with a 2.5 degree roof pitch and 35mm polycarbonate roof for superior insulation. Again, with the roof, there are a number of options on offer , from clear, bronze, bronze/opal and heatguard, the latter keeping you cooler in the summer and retaining the heat effectively in the winter months.

Door and opening window positions are up to you, and all main glass is 28mm toughened for safety and security, as well as superior insulation. As with any of our other styles of conservatory, roof vents can be fitted if required, and all window handles are key locking.
